Description
Bacteriological incubator are insulated boxes with an adjustable heater, typically going up to 60 to 65° C (140 to 140°F) The most commonly used temperature both for bacteria such as the frequently used E. Coil as well as mammalian cells is approximately 37° C as these organism grow well under such conditions.
For other budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a growth temperature of 30° C is optimal. Temp. range from room to 90ºC. Double door, with glass window. Inner chamber of anodized aluminum/stainless steel sheet.
- Double walled in construction- highly insulated between two walls by high quality glasswool.
- Interior of Al. Stainless steel having buffed-finish.
- Exterior of M.S. duly finished in powder coated shade/SS matt finished.
- Selection of Temp. controller –Thermostatic or PID controller.
- A fully insulated door with sturdy S.S. hinges.
- Temp. Range : 5° C above ambient to 250° C. Temp. Accuracy: +1°C.
